What benefit does Platonic Touch Therapy Provide?
Cuddling releases oxytocin, the chemical that's release when we experience joy and love, which in turn combats cortisol, the stress chemical, which makes us feel relaxed and happy.
Increased oxytocin/happy chemical levels are also associated with:
-
Lower blood pressure
-
Reduced stress and anxiety
-
Boosted immune system
-
Improved sleep
And therapeutic touch may even help with physical pain.

Why should I pay for Cuddles/Platonic Touch Therapy?
Cuddling is such an intimate and close interaction and it's something that the majority of us have only shared with our significant other or close friends and family, so why should you now pay for being Cuddled?
There are so many benefits of Platonic Touch Therapy so let's talk about them; book a free 45 Minute Zoom Consultation with me and I will tell you all about the wonderful benefits of Platonic Touch Therapy and how we can help you feel more fulfilled.

What actually happens during a Platonic Touch Therapy Session?
Sessions vary depending on each individuals needs and/or wants. For example, you could want to be nurtured, or perhaps you want to offer nurturing.
Sessions often have gentle music or nature sounds playing in the background to set a tranquil vibe, you are welcome to pick the music or request silence. We communicate, we connect, we check for consent and then we cuddle and enjoy.
Sessions can be chatty or quiet, bubbly or solemn, they can contain a lot of touch, and even none at all. The session goes at your pace so that you are only engaging in touch that you are truly ready to engage in. It's not uncommon to have a difficult relationship with touch and if that's the position you find yourself in we can still tailor a session exactly to your needs.
Additional to being a new industry, Platonic Touch Therapy is a unique industry, so I think it's a given that no question is too strange, or otherwise - all inquiries are welcome.
